CDC refuse collections over Christmas and New Year are:
- Garden waste is suspended from Monday 25 December and will resume on Monday 8 January 2024.
- Refuse, recycling and food waste collections for week commencing 25th December will be on Thursday 28th December instead of Tuesday 26th December.
- For week commencing 1st January 2024, food waste collection will be on Wednesday 3rd January instead of Tuesday 2nd January.
Christmas Trees – Real Christmas trees will be collected from the kerbside for those properties with a current garden waste licence. Trees can be put out on their own or beside the garden wheeled bin (if being presented). Please ensure all decorations, lights and stands are removed first. Residents can also take their real Christmas trees to the to the following drop off points:
- Dobbies Garden Centre, Cirencester, GL7 6EU
- Batsford Garden Centre, Batsford, GL56 9QB
- Hillier Garden Centre, Lechlade, GL7 3DP
