As winter approaches more people are worried about their heating bills and in some cases, households have to make the decision between heating their home or feeding their family. We have been made aware of a charity, Severn Wye Energy Agency, that helps support households in fuel poverty. The charity has set up a Pay Warmth Forward scheme in response to growing demand from people who feel their Winter Fuel Payment could be better spent on households in need, including here in the Cotswolds.
